In addition to the conversion of PSEs, Long Island Area Local have had numerous conversions of PTF to Full Time positions. These are the result of continuous and vigorous protecting of jobs against managements improper reversions and bid abolishments. Many jobs are also the result of Long Island Area Local review of PTF and PSE use, utilizing the APWU's MDAT program, creating numerous additional duty assignments.
