Communication is Key

It has come to our attention that a large number of emails are being returned, inhibiting our ability to communicate with you, the members.  If you have not received an email message in the past two weeks, please do the following:

If you have used your USPS email, the system will reject the Union's email. Please use your private email. Rest assured we do not share your email with anyone, especially marketers.

If you have used a private email, make sure that our emails are not being placed in your spam folder. Mark the emails as not spam, or place in the white list.

Check the email in your profile, and make sure it is entered correctly.

Timely communication is integral to our mission, to keep you, the member informed. Please help us help you.

NO to PULSE
The Postal Service is again urging workers to take a survey, called PULSE. Just like the VOE, the Union urges members to boycott this survey.

Maintenance Register, In Service exams
Updated On: Mar 01, 2024

From our Maintenance Director Dave Sarnacki:

Today is March 1st and marks the start of the March open season to be placed on  in-service registers for all maintenance positions except NST  ET-11. These are for MSS positions that require the 955 exam as well as structured interview as well as the Non-MSS positions (Custodian, group leader and maintenance support clerk). If you have a prior In-Service rating you must request to remain on the In-Service register or your name will be purged. This process is open to all postal employees and I strongly recommend taking advantage of it.

I have attached a link below with an Article from Director Balogun on the In-Service open season along with the Q&A. The contractual language can be found on page 448. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
